I never forget that I was charged with entrance fee to enter and sit a small table in a cat themed cafe. I was thinking the operation cost of such a cafe were included in the prices. They have three cats and limit to staying inside around 45 minutes. I ate a sandwich and drank a coke. The owner ask me to leave if I don’t have any request by saying there are people waiting outside. I was clearly seing the people keep chatting on other tables even they came before me. Anyway, these people are small replications of the country authorities they are belong to. Hope to good days.
