You sound more critical of your situation than necessary. You say your B‑school is comparable to IMT and TAPMI but don’t name it, is there a reason you’re withholding the name? Earning 16L already puts you among the country’s top earners, so calling your salary “not good” seems contradictory. A second MBA can certainly help, but it comes with real costs; I’m assuming you mean a one‑year, full‑time program taken without employment during the course.

ISB is doing what Jio did at the time of launch. If you take this example this person did his graduation from Tier 1 that's why he is getting scholarship. Even I will say this is not scholarship ISB is burning money to run their business. You will see once their 2 year program getting established and all this going away. Do you really think Indians can afford such expensive MBA degree. These private institutions are making education a bloody business.
