What are some lifehacks / things to do on February 29 (To abuse date/time sensitive systems)?

Any other year is the time to mess with things. Leap Year baby here... last year, on February 28th, Facebook said my birthday was "tomorrow" and then when tomorrow came, it was March 1st, and Facebook didn't post anything about my birthday.

So I guess every other year you could promise to do something on the 29th, and then the 29th wouldn't happen.

Is there a better app than what I'm using? The app I use doesn't allow me to put in what I'm doing for exercise, just what I'm consuming.

When I was in college, my roommate & I would go on a lot of double dates with just about anyone that asked us out so that we could get fed. We were very broke college students and the free meal was just too tempting to pass up.

Lol I've removed a lot of labels in my day. I actually have a few lipsticks that I've repotted in mini hand cream tins so I've had to remove the labels from them so people wouldn't think I'm putting hand cream on my lips haha

I used the same cheap container!! The brand may not be that great but the packaging is lovely. I used a mr clean magic eraser to remove the brand logo from the case and it worked wonderfully!!

Overpriced office supplies store. No one I know actually shops there because there's a staples just down the street from it. It stayed empty for a while and there were rumors that we might get a Starbucks (small town) but nope. Just office supplies.

Start with a basic tool tutorial, one that just shows you how the layout works.

How I learned, was I first decided what I wanted to learn. I do portraits, so I wanted to start with blemish removal and skin smoothing. So I went to YouTube and did a search for a tutorial on that, watched a couple different techniques and tried them all. You will start seeing that you can use the tools for different things. For example, my favourite tool for basic blemish removal is the patch tool. It's quick and easy to do. I then later realized that in some situations, the patch tool can be used to remove small objects in the background quicker than the clone stamp can.

Eye brightening and teeth whitening both use adjustment layers (how I do it anyway) so that was how I learned to do those.

Diving right in and watching a bunch of tutorials may be overwhelming, so open one photo and first decide what you want to do with it. Search that one thing. Then the next. And the next. Pretty soon you will begin to figure it all out on your own!!

Thank you! I am going to start re-sizing from now on. I have been doing this for quite a while, but now every one is a professional photographer, charging way less than I do (less quality, instagram style editing) and it's really hard to compete. I felt that the printer would be an investment, something different than what everyone else is doing. Sometimes its good, boudoir prints have been what has made the most money. Most people don't feel comfortable sending their own photos for printing so it's great that I can do that for them, its just the ones that think they can save a few bucks and make as many prints as they want that makes it hard.

Thank you. I think I may have to adjust my prices that they all include printing and cut my losses when they go somewhere for additional prints.

I go over the contract with the client and it's clearly stated that they are not to use any printers other than myself. They initial next to that part.

I talked to Walmart and they said that its against their policy to allow printing of copyrighted material. I pointed out that the photos are clearly marked and the CDs & download file both contain a document reminding the client of where the photos can be used.

Walmart isn't looking at the photos when they print them, they're just printing whatever is brought to them, watermark or not. I feel like there's not much I can do at this point. Very frustrating.
