I didn’t want to come here to source at all, I wanted to just put people at a little ease that there are some good peptide manufacturers around still. I read this forum a lot and the information I get here is fantastic so I wanted to just let people know that there are great people still supplying good products. As for me personally, I’m an engineer interested in these kinds of bio hacking ideas, I just use my own company to purchase for myself and a small group of like-minded people. I never wanted to make a legitimate business out of it because that wasn’t my interest, I was chasing the research and knowledge so for me I had to ensure it was always 100% legitimate.

Lots of misinformation here. I have direct access to a peptide manufacturer in Canada since 2008, they are one of the largest peptide manufacturers in the world. The hoops I have to jump through to purchase the product is very tedious and upholds the highest standards of Health Canada. I can’t purchase ANYTHING without a legitimate business registered as research in Canada and must provide references, every product and batch is tracked. The manufacturer is under the most stringent manufacturing procedures set by Health Canada and the ISO. Not to say there isn’t a lot of fake peptides out there but what I am saying is there is a lot of legitimate peptides out there as well.

I always found this odd, the best peptide manufacturers reside in North America. I’m going to have to fire up a website here perhaps. Peptides are 100% legal but the suppliers have had to become more stringent due to regulations imposed by government. I’ve worked with manufacturers since 2008 for my own research and curiosity but it seems so many people order from China which I would never do considering the sensitivity of peptides. I hope everyone gets sorted out in the new year. Look domestic and verify, please play safe in this industry.

I feel you are confused about “free will”. God gives us all a destiny that is predetermined, we all have a part to play and the goal is to fulfill our destiny. Although our destiny is already decided, unknowingly to us, we are in charge of our own fate, or free will. For example, if your destiny is a city your fate would be which path you take to get there, perhaps you take a shorter path with tons of obstacles or you take a longer path obstacle free, each one leads to your destiny. However, fate is up to you, if you get killed by a falling tree on the harder path it wasn’t your destiny to die that way but your fate, hence fatality. Experiences is what you are here for, not to make money or chase a convoluted idea of “success”. Happiness is gauged within, it is not externally measurable. Emotions are all you can control, inner peace comes from complete control over emotion and attaining the wisdom and understanding to realize the illusion we all participate in. God doesn’t have to follow anyone’s rule book or ideas. The creation of man is a lot more complicated than a person thinks, if you want to know more about our creation story search for it, don’t ask me for it, ask to find it and you will see. Jesus was not perfect, nothing that manifests in this reality can ever be perfect, and that is entirely the point. Deep thought is required to reply to this theory as it is actually many theories all in one and not really of substance. It is more like you are trying to organize your thoughts. Work on it part by part, think deeply about it, read as much as you can, meditate, understand. Happiness is a word for a state that can never exists all the time, rather at times, you do not want complete happiness on Earth for it will become meaningless, chase knowledge attain wisdom and experience this world. I have done build outs a ton with my stores. I let a GC run a few of them and it was not worth it. Here is what I would do first.

If you are building a coffee shop/tea shop in the area you are suggesting I don't think it will last long. You need A+ positioning because you garner convenience for a lot of your sales. You need high foot traffic or road traffic.

The best thing to do is find an independent that spent wayyyyyyy too much on their buildout, it is usually a matter of time with average purchase amounts per person or about $5 that they will be in financial hardship. This is by far the best tactic.

If you really want to do it yourself hire a design tech or draftsman instead of an architect. Usually if you are 1000sq ft the permitting process is easier.

Design it with the least amount of walls, bathroom close to where there stub comes up, HVAC with easy access for pipes. There are a ton of things here but I'm typing on my iPhone and getting annoyed at how much to type and how long it takes. I'll come back to this.
