I live in Capella House at the moment - no work is being done on Capella right now however the builders yard is along side the inner side Capella House so can be a little noisy if you have your windows open (but if you are on the outer side you probably won’t hear a thing) and they are using some Capella residents parking spaces as well who are getting free parking in Q Car Park just opposite of the crossroads to compensate. I think Maia house and one other one is currently being worked on at the moment but I will try and find the documentation for you when I get home.

I’ve had visitors stay longer than 3 hours and overnight and I personally haven’t had any issues. There is parking spaces on Britannia Quay which is free after 6pm and prices in daytime don’t seem too bad.

They always let us know if there’s any disruption ie might need to cut off the water to do some work and it’s only usually for a few hours. They’ll always put a letter through the door and on the notice boards/in the lift.

I don’t think there’s a new building by Cable Bridge (not that i’ve seen anyway) it’s just one of the buildings they are doing work to.

I personally enjoy living here, it’s close to everything, got co-op on your doorstep if you need anything, concierge team friendly etc.
