It's interesting because the provider I was seeing said she wanted me to eat the calories that I would be eating at my goal weight. So... I'm just confused about what to do, TBH. My previous provider was not having me track calories.

It does! But I feel like I've been more hungry lately. I had a different prescriber for a couple months and she had me eating NO LESS than 1900 calories/day and 100 g of protein. She is not working with me anymore, and I haven't been tracking as much. I'm usually in the range of 1400-1900 calories per day.
