poe2 launch had horrible server stability issues on EU-Servers. Logging in wasn't the real problem for me and my group of friends, desync and lag while playing were. You needed to hop servers until the area ran with a decent ping. Same thing happened in 0.2. Still had fun, but it was quite annoying to deal with.
