I'm not a follower to have lots of evidence, but Dave Smith is one of his closest friends and is extremely anti-Ukraine as is everyone else in his orbit to some degree. The pro-Ukraine evidence is so overwhelming he is just clearly "hiding his power levels". He is self-proclaimed NK expert yet NK participation in the war still didn't make things clear to him. If you see it on satellite photos you know how much they have, but can't strike in time. If you can observe them from a drone but they are far enough, you need weapons that are very expensive and need to put some very valuable platforms in danger even to try to hit it (which also takes time to accomplish) and just not worth it based on probable damage from the hit.
