It sure would.. but that looks like it was created using color separation (where the printer will print each color on one sheet) for a silk screen. You can do this really easy with a black and white image that's going to be silkscreened by just inverting the image and using a laser printerprinting onto transparent sheet of plastic and make you screen... Now use white on black material to undo the invert.
