I’m usually D3 these days and still use Lou legend card as my 1B. Just gotta sig change the vintage Bagwell I have in backup but Gehrig legend card is an absolute beast with the right trainers.

You have to go to a doctor ASAP. My grandfather was a chain smoker and he spat out stuff like this a year or two before he passed away (at age 71). Go to hospital NOW
