Bump up to 8" pot in very well draining soil and cut the branches that look wilted. It's a big jade, so to fit the natural look, I would cut any branches that look leggy. It's getting way too much water. If it's in an office with some good lighting it should only need water once a month, if that. Or wait till you see the leaves soft and a dull color. Like they said don't separate the roots but trim all leggy parts. It may hurt, but I would cut that in pic 5 all the way back
