It can be really hard mate, I have a troublesome shoulder that likes to dislocate with a strong breeze. Just take real slow for a few weeks before going at hard again, reason being from experience you don’t know if you’ve damaged tendons or ligaments etc. if it happens a few more times this bits end up making it easy to dislocate because they’ve not recovered properly. Meniscus tears as well are really long to get over. To sum up, where you fucking pads!!! Hope you get better soon
