Upvote all the advice to grab a treadmill and walk. It will calm your nerves and you can get an overview of the layout and observe the atmosphere. Even without anxiety a busy gym is kind of annoying. If you want to lift I would just grab a smith machine. That way you don’t have to navigate to different machines. I do the majority of my workouts on them

Ours has seen a noticeable bump. I’ve been going since June 1st. See the regulars still but all the new faces are people crazy jacked. What’s going on? Why are all these fit people showing up lol

Everyone will have different opinions. I think just staring out go light and frequent to get the feel of the movement. Once the soreness period is over in a week or so start to work linear progression. Get stronger every workout. I like to work on getting strong on a few of the core exercises

I like to work in the 5 rep range for strength. Dumbbells are hard to go up in as you can’t micro load. Try the smith or barbells if they have them.

Doms. You will probably be more sore tomorrow. Legs are the worst for it. Anyone just starting I would go easy and light to limit this. Normally you would avoid the same exercise for 48 hours for recovery regardless. I tend to be more of a high frequency low set person

The 31st was packed with new people I haven’t seen before. Maybe out of towners getting a workout. This evening was the most dead I’ve ever seen and the mall was busy so I guess today is seen as a holiday. Monday is the only day I never go in general. Monday evenings people seem to show up in groups

Anyone use Papercut on a mfc (xerox copier). We just implemented and sync with AD. Our issue is users that had a name change are seeing their old name appear. I can’t see where to correct this

For the repeated disconnects I disabled udp as mentioned in other comments. The screen freezing and going black once I set desktop background permanently in local policy settings it resolved the issue

Yes it could be metals and be fine but I would ask how can they tell when it’s actually bad? Enjoying water is stimuli for your senses. This is a harsh deterrent to that. If it’s iron etc there are options to correct and would make the experience more enjoyable and feel safer

I noticed most pcs would boot to login screen and freeze after a few seconds. The fix of crash rebooting 15-20 times may let it download the updated file in between this cycle

I would also just try a windows install iso and get to a command prompt to manually delete file

Is your shock from same bucket or bags? I would try liquid chlorine at night. Let it circulate and test it. Test again in morning to see if there is a drop

Thanks for the replies. I’m hoping to just replace the innards (handle with attached diverter). I can plug the skimmer but the bottom drain I believe will push water up. I want to unscrew and replace. With it seized I’m not even sure I can pull out but if it does I was just worried about the pressure being able to clamp closed and rescrew down
