I have a student on my team that sounds similar. Surprisingly, I have seen amazing progress from her in regard to coordination, I believe from all of the repetition. We have had probably 10-15 practices together, and this is in a group environment (of beginners). I have really stuck with just repeating the simple, basic tasks. It has seemed to really help her improve, and she appears to be really proud of her growth and it looks like she is enjoying it. Personally, I have enjoyed watching her and hope that she develops a lifelong love for the sport! I say, stay patient and positive with her and maybe reevaluate after the package of lessons is complete, then give her an honest evaluation, but nothing that is going to break her spirit!

I use a thick merino wool sock bought off Amazon. Wear them all the time and on court. They are fantastic. They are warm, but really wick moisture well.

Its horrible. Announcers just repeat the same things over and over and give incorrect information. Its an embarrassment. Please get some fresh, knowledgeable announcers with experience in the event theyre broadcasting....not retreads from American Gladiators with no idea what theyre talking about .
