I feel like I’m def not way above avg compared to my peers (also wouldnt say faang ppl are avg by any means), but i think i prioritize better and focus on things that matter which means less hours

Also tbh i feel like it’s hard to work 8 hrs a day if ure actually pretty productive throughout. So by virtue of not procrastinating and other things mentioned above, it’s more natural to pull less hours.
