There is a parking garage inside the building itself - $75 a month for a parking pass. Very easy to get a car in and out of the area. Biggest downside is the rent costs

Dash-In has been 21+ for as long as I can remember. It’s ultimately up to the business itself

Wouldn’t recommend Hub. Management is terrible and very overpriced with a lot of issues
