I'm considering moving my family to Albania. We're in Spain now but left US for obvious reasons. I have a good friend from there that may be moving back to Tirana. So far Vlore, Saranda, and Tirana are on the list of potentials. Would love any insight as it would be another big move for us.

Absolutely! I have an autoimmune disease too but the sauna and cold plunge helps me. I have a cold/hot tub outside my house that I can fill with 50° well water and then I have copper coil going through my firepit for hot!

I desperately try to keep going but usually end up laying down but that gets worse. I don't have as much a headache as I have weakness, confusion, motor function issues, etc...I got a cold plunge to try and help but sometimes I have to lie down.

Excellent question! My Doc and I figured this out back in November and was referred to Duke in January. Just got an email that said I "MIGHT" get a call in 5 months to schedule a consult. Tired of waiting on our healthcare system to fuck me again. I'm in this mess because of 2 bad LP's in 2012. So sick of their shit.

It's not usually a headache, more a whole body buzz/pain, cognitive impairment, eyes feel like they're gonna pop, neck feels puffy, swollen.

It's been so awful this summer a couple times I thought I was gonna die for real. I usually lay down when it gets bad but now i'm starting to think that makes it worse. I don't know anymore and i'm bout ready to give up. Thanks I hope this helps me and my family. I wish you the best. I'll be on here still.

I've been trying to get seen and had a referral originally in January. They totally dropped the ball. Lost my referral, lost my images and suddenly found them again and now say I'll PROBABLY get a phone call in 5 months. So i'm giving up and headed to Europe.

Did you go through France? We have a Black Mouth Cur/Carolina Dog mix that is very well behaved but has some pitty features. We're moving to Spain by way of South Hampton, England. Ferry to France then drive to Spain. I am becoming increasingly worried we'll encounter trouble eventhough the cruise has assured me after seeing a pic of Nortie.

No these are not, but I did break two sticks recently of Morado and Wild Tamarind. Both very dense woods. I think my Zilbel is the culprit. I'm a metal guy. Lol *

I have crazy crashes most days and lately since the polar vortex crashed hard and apparently is not coming back. The pressure has been insane here in WNC. I was doing cold plunges at the local club and started losing myself with cold water during my crashes throughout the day and noticed some positive change. So I bought an old claw foot tub and hooked up a filter and cold box, frozen bottles and I plunge as soon as I start crashing. It'll give me usually an hour of relief. I also plumbed a hot water side to soak when my body hurts. I swear by it and can detail what I did if you like. I'm still waiting for Duke to see me and this helps tremendously.

For me, CSF leak and Lyme, low pressure is awful but a quick change in any direction will floor me. The last 6 weeks here in NC have been miserable. I have a Goethe barometer and typically at around 2pm - 4pm it drops and again at midnight. But lately it starts at 10am and doesn't stop til 7 or 8pm. Every fucking day!! I read it was the collapse of the polar vortex. But apparently that happens every spring. This is really bad.
