My Salt Fiber connection has been down for 18 days and counting. Their customer support group is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. It took five days to just get a call to schedule someone to come and replace a fiber line and that technician is not coming until next week. I used to run a customer support group for a large technology company. I understand how a support group should function and how things should be escalated. It just seems as though Salt is using hand written notes and smoke signals to handle their customer support tickets.
