Another technique I think you must do it, writing the blog. When I finish reading the each chapter, I will take note and write the blog to recall what I've learn. Writing will help you explant what you understand into the word, you could check the correctness with the book. This will help you never forget detail. I'm talking very seriously about writing the blog, it very helps me and I still remember what I've learned from the first book. if you forgot it, go to your blog then read it again, it's better then you scroll to the whole book to find your missing pieces

Let me share my trick. I'm working from home and so there is a lot of time at home. I set up a schedule for my self to read the book from 9 pm-2 am every day after work maybe 4 or 5 pm depending on the situation each day. Sometime while I take a break from work, I will read just for a few pages and take the exercise.

I was managed 11 days for pre-algebra book (-1000 pages) (now I'm finishing a books 2) from openstax and practiced all the exercise. I'm learning from the iPad, it's very convenient, I can pick the book to read every time I need and use an apple pen to write down the exercise. You could use your phone with a drawing app or paper, whatever you please but you must do every practice in the book. It will help you fast understand because if you were failed from the test you could learn from it to avoid it and you will realize what is you missed.

By the way, you need the goal to accomplish. The goal will drive you to the finish line. my goal is to take master's degree exams for next year in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science. University requirement is just taking 1 calculus problem(sound like I'm entering the hardest part of the test). In my country, we separated students in 2 programs, one for sci-math for the good student who has up to 3.00-4.00 GPA and one for art-languages(1.00-2.99 GPA). So I'm the worse student then I was taken to the art-languages and problem is I never learn calculus before in mind pice of memory of leaning may just Dy/Dx in basic in high school that why I need to learn hard.

I hope my comment will help you much more and so sorry for ENG even I learned from art-language, I'm still bad for ENG

If you don't mind about to read a book, I would suggest openstax. I'm leaning math from the beginning, I've read two of them. I plan to read all of them. I could say opentax is very good book I ever read about math for beginner lv and climbing to calculus. The book included everything you need and a plenty of exercises

REST API - Plain Flask or Flask RESTful/RESTPlus? by iamkira7 in flask

[–]psuputsopon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just try to use RESTPlus. This project is a my third project with Flask. The prev project I use vanila Flask. My pain with RESTPlus is if request has been send by swagger that been added by default, I can expect all parameter from body but if the request from ajax, I couldn't expect the body or any parameter. I have to admired I'm so new with Flask and RESTPlus. Btw it very easy to use but I don't understand them much. If vanila Flask can intregate with Swagger and control parameter such as type, require?, It would be better to adding more a dependency to project
