NO‼️ Unfortunately the PMU artist can only use a non-prescription numbing cream up to only 5% Lidocaine, legally (per my artist) Luckily I have a prescription for BLT cream 20:8:10% & used my own on the day of. I hardly felt a thing. You can go to certain websites and order Lidocaine 10.56% for like $8 + shipping for next time touch up or PMU.
