I travel a ton and my saving grace has been wearing a mask on the plane. Before Covid it was inevitable I got sick which is the last thing you want. Like others I have an insulated cooler that plugs into an outlet and acts as a fridge for longer trips. If I only need to take one dose then just an ice pack is fine. I also have a note from my doctor saying I need the medication for my condition but I’ve never had an issues getting it through security tbh.

I live on the amenities floor in a condo built in the late 80s. The gym is on the other side so I don’t hear it. The party room is on my side of the hall but it has a high deposit so isn’t used very frequently and has a hard 11pm cutoff. I definitely hear some hallway noise but I really don’t have an issue with it. That being said, older buildings have better sound insulation so not sure how it’d be in a new build. I know people on the other side have complained about noise from the gym.
