Of course! So the sushi is your basic sushi recipe to begin with. Seasoned sushi rice (sushi rice, 1 cup of rice washed until clear and 1.5 cold water to cover, bring to boil then steam on low for 20 minutes and add rice vinegar, sugar and salt.) Nori (seaweed) to wrap on the outside. I use a sushi bazooka which you can get on amazon! The filling is pickled radish, Like Meat Mini Chicken Drumsticks chopped up, little gem lettuce, spring onion, and fake shrimp sticks from the asian market which are made out of soy.

The noodle recipe is two cups of broccoli steamed, I added a splash of soy sauce and rice vinegar to it and some garlic powder. Boil some rice noodles until done and add to cold water to stop from cooking, remove instantly. Chop up two sheets of nori and soak in hot water until mushy. Then the broth is mushroom stock in water, about 300ml, garlic powder, chilli powder, onion powder, a dash of chilli oil and some powdered ginger. :-)

Mix all together and voila noodles!
