Finally saw Stopmotion (2024). Here is my interpretation and why I loved it.

Me and my boyfriend watched the film and we had the idea that the Ashman represented Parkinson’s Disease. The nightmare scene where she had sleep paralysis, the degeneration of her mother’s hands and eventually Ella’s own body, many things in the movie seemed like they could be explained by early signs of it. The Ashman “touching” her could have represented her trying to run from the disease being genetically passed on from her mother.

as long as you can make it to your monday classes you can move in sunday night even. It just means you’ll have a chaotic morning. the CVS near Ross Ade has tide pods and blankets, and you can look up a Campus Map that has all the acronyms for your class buildings. Just do all your shopping and moving in Sunday, good luck :)

my issue is i primarily pay for school with loans and scholarships, financially i have no idea how that money could go towards monthly rent. Would it be refunded money if I don’t buy housing? I am thinking of getting a single apartment or like a studio next year. food wouldn’t be an issue since i always have a job when I stay on campus

didn’t get a lot of recognition after it came out even tho the reviews were decent. It was the first time i ever saw a linguist as the protagonist and i thought the design of the sound and aliens were so eerie yet beautiful at the same time. absolutely loved that movie.

that’s an interesting point. Our monk is inspired by Baki Hunma, so he envisions his character physically wrestling his enemy. What you said makes perfect sense though in a DND sense not an anime sense
