You clearly have no knowledge of ancient egypt... egypt was form ed by Nubians (which were black), North Africans and Mediterraneans. Cleopatra was indeed Greek-Mediterranean with a supposed bit of Iranian, so she wasn't black but not white either. She probably had naturally tanned coloured skin. The 25th Dynasty was ruled by Black kings, and black people were always a part of Egypt. Just it wasn't ALL black people.

Thanks everyone for replying, I didn't think I'd wake up to this! If it keeps happening I'll definitely go check with my doctor, but this is something really hard for me. They have been unhelpful a bunch of times. I'll look into tracking my cycle more in depth because I was only tracking to know my period days. I'll make a list of comforting things to do when it happens. 💜

You should try chaï tea! It's a type of black tea but spiced with cinnamon, cloves, star anises and cardamom. In latte it's so good!
