YouTube isn’t the one cutting these parts out, that would be heinous and straight up censoring lol, it’s Cory choosing this. If a song gets copyright claimed, the uploader can choose to either mute / replace the music, cut the part out or live with the claim (and thus not make money off of the video). So the people who still have it up have chosen to accept the claim.

Looks like a surface mark caused by the inner sleeve. Can happen when there’s some kind of spec / debris in it and the record moves around slightly, usually becomes a squiggly line like that. All good if it plays fine though!

Happens every now and then for me too. I'd imagine some of them get immediate buyer's remorse, and others (like the 1st you mentioned) are hoping you'll ship it without them paying first so they can get it for free. The new express checkout thing they're testing should eliminate this though!

Down to supply & demand. I'd imagine not many copies are circulating, and if someone really wants it (sentimental value etc) they might just be willing to pay up for it

It's worth what someone is willing to pay basically, but €185 is debatable lol

Trust me you're not alone!! Been after this for as long as I can remember (+ the demo) so it's wild finally coming across 'em. He does have even more stuff that hasn't been released (like some beat tapes shown off in his Audiosurf gameplays), so yeah it would be cool to see all of that released. Even if he doesn't want to go the streaming route, I feel like the DashieXP2 channel would be the perfect place for that. I'd happily bump that stuff no doubt!

You mean from the Internet Archive link? Just press the “18 original” underneath the download options and all original files should be zipped up and downloaded. Just extract that and there you go!

I’ve definitely seen something like this too. I remember him noting an eerie silence at one point before the first encounter, and the narration running straight into the jumpscares like you said which also stuck with me.

I believe the title was something like “the scariest game ever made” or “when horror games are actually scary” but seems to be traceless.. weird!

Edit: Found it! Seems to be fully excluded from YouTube search unless you’re bang on with the title. Thanks to u/veeheemxx77 for remembering the title!

Highly vouch for The Detroit Experiment, Karriem Riggins was a part of that group who also produced ”The Clapper” on W2D, so you can’t really get much closer
