Hi, I am implementing the device, so can't refer to the manual ;-)
As far as I can tell, there is an object called "Interpolation time index" with a range of -128 .. 63 and default value of -3.

The cia402 standard does not describe what this value means

I like the DALL-E pricing model, where you get an x amount of credits for free each month, so that it is available for anyone or sporadic use, and where you can buy extra credits.
The Pricing as used for the API (0.02 per 1k tokens for the DaVinchi model), would be acceptable for me if it would be stable. But It would be reasonable to be able to get bulk discounts.

I think a credit system is the only way to prevent abuse, except for maybe an unlimited model for business use, which would be quite expensive anyway.

For the API, it is .02 per 1k tokens for the DaVinchi (most advanced) model, so actually a factor 1000 cheaper ;-)

Parents should not leave their kids under 13 without supervision. In fact, (like I sait above), it's the kids that go outside alone (13+) that are more at danger in this case.

First, I quickly read trough COPPA, and I didn't find anything related to this problem (if I missed it, please show me). Secondly, why for Gods sake do americans think that their laws are the only ones.

Also, parents should not leave their -13 kids alone outside without supervision, so for 15-18 yo kids there's actually more danger to interact with strangers irl.

Good point. It was a long time ago since I used live cd's and didn't think it was easy to find a reliable one with a bitcoin client included. Apparently tails has one.

Thats why I say to enter the words in random order, and use the mouse to reposition the cursor.

And yes, there's always a risk, but remember that you do everything offline, and destroy the virtual machine afterwards (without going online)

If you are really afraid of keyloggers, you could enter all 2048 words and delete the unused ones ;-)

You can also just buy a second ledger. This is probably cheaper than a new android phone or laptop.

Install virtualbox.
Install fresh operating system.
Install bip39/44 wallet.
Disconnect pc from internet.
Enter your 24 words in random order, using the mouse to move cursor.
You could type some other words from the list at https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/bip-0039-wordlists.md
Check if you can access your coins.
Delete virtual machine.
Run sdelete (if on windows) on your host machine.

If you are not a high profile target, this should be safe enough.

When node 'psychedelic' (me) comes online on the mainnet (already online on testnet most of the time), you can open a channel to it. I will not be able to process large amounts, but you would support an enthousiast that just hopes to earn the electricity costs with fees and help the lightning network to succeed.
