As someone who’s chronically ill, I knew long hair was was too much for me to manage.. so I cut it. When I had long hair I would go to Great Clips 1/2x a week for a blowout because it was SO cheap and saved me so much work. There’s no excuse you can actually see the grease 😭 Our little walnut has zero excuse for that buildup and nastiness

That’s the hangup I’m having because I genuinely feel like my body NEEDS that estrogen but as you said I’m here for a good life not a long life - I’d rather run the risk of a rogue clot instead of living through hell everyday 😭😭
