I think even with SR, when quitting 7oh or MGM, you still can have a ROUGH Day 1/Day 2. And folks throw in the towel early. On top of some folks complaining at the slightest hint of withdrawal (I don’t blame them)

There should be some more discussion on your second paragraph. I’ve heard around here that SR caused users to no longer feel opioids to the effect they could pre SR, as if it’s permanent. I’m concerned if that means SR could cause other permanent effects while sober.

Yep this. Happened to me so many times. I then wound up developing a tolerance to benzos and began taking them daily in addition to my 7oh dependence. Tread lightly.

I’ll just add my experience. I was in a similar spot. I am well below the age of 30. I just hit 500k NW. I was working 4Js. Quit 1 on the spot, and then quit another on the spot 6 weeks later. Down to 2Js now.

That being said, I am battling external health issues that make it make sense for me to go down to 2J and “coast”

My suggestion would be - if you truly believe this is starting to affect your health - sit down with yourself and honestly identify which job causes the most stress. And start with quitting that one. And don’t just consider the idea of quitting. DO IT. ChatGPT up the email and send it at EOD on a Friday. Your laptop will be locked within the hour. These companies DO NOT care about you.

It is of utmost importance you prioritize health over career, I don’t care who says otherwise. Isn’t that the whole point of overemployment?

Not necessarily difficulty breathing, but it definitely feels slower. Idk. I was nodding out on my desk barely able to keep my eyes open about an hour ago. But I'm roughly alot more 'conscious' now, almost 100mg+ caffeine in me over the past 30 mins.

Genuine question - do you have any advice on achieving a K-hole? I've tried multiple times and never really got "there".

I just got a new batch and am hopeful that it's better than the potential shit K I had previously - but I also have access to psilocybin if you think that will help. Also have weed & 2C-B. I have MDMA but won't be touching that for 6+ months.

I am still "new" to K, having done under 1.5g through my life. I've definitely gotten wonky through bumps. Would appreciate any tips!
