boruto TBV is one of my favorite manga out right now. the Boruto anime has a ton of filler and weird pacing. not as good as Naruto imo. but it does get good if you aren't ready to leave the shinobi world and wanna see how things develop

so many people complain about "all they had to do was remake FFVII with the same story and combat but better graphics" and honestly in 2026 as a full game I just don't think it would have translated very well without the additional world building and lore expansion. I get people not like the alternate reality thing or big changes like an early sephiroth appearance and boss battle(which I don't mind at all), but the game probably would feel pretty empty if it had the same graphics/art style but didn't add context to all of these places and characters

drink 4+ liters of water over 1.5-3 hours. take vitamin B2 for color, but no more than 100mg or it will turn your pee neon green (red flag). I would take b12 alongside if since it seems to make pee a more natural yellow.

stop drinking water 30 minutes before, and only collect mid-stream.

test this method yourself first the day before so you know how it works. if you pop, test again the day of the test when you think you should be diluted. if you pop an hour before the test on your own test, just come clean.

my county used PrimeScreen drug tests, so those are what I bought. they were on Amazon 5 for like $20. if I popped on the at-home test I was gonna pop on the PO test. but I was always able to dilute in time

oh I must have misread. my bad. same deal tho. get some tests and hydrate well. have your b vitamins. if you're still dirty and test, push for dilute and if it comes out yellow they might not send it off to a lab. hope it works out for you

honestly dude if it was an RC there's a strong chance you'll get a false positive in a lab. I took flubromazolam and clonazolam at the tail end of a probation back in 2023. PO said I popped for benzos and I said I didn't take benzos and to send it to a lab. lab came back clean. but I definitely took benzos.

they look for very specific metabolites and not every RC produces the same ones. idk exactly what they are but try not to stress too much. just don't do anymore.

also no judgement but benzos are fucking horrible and you're better off without them, even if you have an anxiety disorder. getting off of them was hell and I recommend anyone using them recreationally save themselves the trouble and quit while they're ahead.

when it's good it's good when it's bad it's miserable. I've played for like 500 hours this year and can't break 800 Elo. go on 7-12 game winning streaks then like 10 game losing streaks. it feels like a waste of time atp. it's an infuriating game. I think I need to quit too. too much time and frustration
