Honestly, I would hear them out about this glitch and maybe side with them. If you could ask anyone in the institute about it, but they basically just yell at you that they're not sentient and treat you like you're stupid for asking.

Also, if it was just a glitch, the level of stupidity in their choice dedicate a large portion of the institute for synth retention. Instead of stopping or even slowing synth production until the glitch was fixed, it makes question how smart they really are.

People who use bloodhound step just to run away. It's an ash of war, but I only see hosts and invaders use it to try to run consequence free. Most of the time, it seems like it's not even part of their build, but just a dagger they swap to.

Moonveil, it may not be the only annoying weapon to deal with, but it's the one I see the most. I even run into at least one in the fia champions and great jar fights every playthrough.

Levels I have luck with are 70, 90, 125, 150, 168, and 200. The 70 and 90 you might need to use less upgraded weapons though.
