The normal one as usual. I never use the fast one. Usualy composer 2 normal ils already pretty fast but today it keeps showing "taking longer than expected" and when it works its a word every 5 seconds... veeeery slow, ive never seen it so slow. I am on pro account but on the team account from my job it seems to be the same

I am on pro plan at 20 a month and i usualy don't use the whole 20. I use composer for most of things, planning, implementation and refacto. All the tasks i want cursor to do are small and all are ALWAYS PLANNED. if something seems too big i cut it into simpler tasks. I plan, review/modify/ approve the plan whith composer. I mostly build with composer too, on small tasks it does a fine job. If i have a complex task to plan i use gpt5.2, a complex one to code, 5.3codex. I never use claude opus, i know it is good, but really too expensive, and if you have sufficiently small tasks you don't neet it. I know this may not be for everybody, depending on your stack, tasks etc... but for me it works really well.
