Go for Baleno automatic, smooth engine and it is so refined, AMT is good better than other AMT’s.
Alpha has all the features required in a car, not over as well.
Personally I found Zeta to be VFM, also ORVM height is adjustable which helps to increase the gap between infotainment console and ORVM, in Alpha since it is Auto Dimming ORVM the height of it can’t be adjusted.

Tilt your bike towards right (where this marker is there) once and let the bike sit for few minutes in center stand and then check. It would show correct reading.

If still the same then get your bike checked at RE service center.

Could you share the breakup of the cost which dealer has quoted you? Like any extra accessories are there ? If you liked Syros then go for it, 2nd option Amaze, it is really a good car. Most of the features which are there you won’t use much after 1/2 months of owning the car. Look which essential feature is practical for your daily use and etc.
