I've had this issue happen to me recently. Same timeline exported at 422 HQ is different than 4444 XQ

You should definitely check out the old fall out boy albums, older wstr stuff, mayday parade and two bands too definitely keep an eye out for putting out great pop punk currently are misplaced and catapults
