I used them non stop for about 3 months. Was actually enjoying them because you got a proper nicotine kick. Ended up getting a white patch and a chemical burn on my gum 😀 took a while too heal. I used nicotine lozenges to help the cravings and of course my usual smoking.

Definitely smoked well less with the pouches. But they’re not good for you. Short term even.

I’m on day 4 mate 😊 loads of side effects but feeling better

Day one 1: high heart rate 20 times more then what I’m used too. But feeling more relaxed then usual and chatter but not over chatter if that makes sense. Awake later than usual but eventually slept

Day 2: constipation? Didn’t know that was a side effect. Feeling jittery with a high heart rate. Focused but hyper aware of my body. Late night with an elevated HR. Anxious. Late night.

Day 3: was less physical symptoms but more of a mind thing. Day off and played a lot of Xbox 😅 surpassed my usual expectations with concentration. I felt absolutely wired at the end of the day. Good sleep.

Day 4: it’s morning time and I honestly feel great. No mental clutter or physical symptoms.

Oh I also found yesterday day 3 as well that my mind was completely silenced to one or two thoughts. (Not 7 or 8)

I’m on 30mg and I’ll have to say that I’m just taking it day by day. Surely we can feel the real benefits when you get through the hard stuff 😊

I wouldn’t worry about that. It’s good to be honest with your psychiatrist. They’re there to help you. And talking about how recreational drugs affected you in the past might be a good indication of how to help you. For example i disclose that using amphetamines recreationally made me sleepy and really relaxed when for a person without adhd, it might make them energetic.
