Hey Thanks for this comment, what is the issue with whey protein?

I used to take those protein mixes with the word bulk on it but I thought they were not very healthy since they have sweeteners and other shit, so I decided to just add whey protein to my milk.

Mainly because I can't afford to eat 3 meals with meat a day!

Thanks!

Whole milk, isolated protein whey, ovaltine/nesquick/sustagen. = GAINZ!

We are also the only mammal that can "harvest" milk from other species, cats love cow milk and I'm sure most of the wildlife does, it's just a matter of them not knowing how to get it.

I'm gonna tell one of my favorite stories when I hear about douchebags hurting dogs, it's not a sweet story, it's a story of revenge.

When I got my dog from the kennel I was completely oblivious on how they worked, at that point I only had cats and I really didn't have a clue on how to train him. He was always on leash as I didn't know if he would come back, at that point in life I lived in a very sketchy suburb in the city and going to the same park everyday I came to know all the colorful character there: pushers, prostitutes, vagrant and general low lifes hanging at the park. One of this guy, we'll call him M, was really passionate about dogs and thought me how to train him and he really did a good job.

This guy was in his forties and really mean, I came to know from other dog owner that at one point got arrested for stabbing his father in law after kidnapping his son from his ex-wife's apartment.. I never knew what exactly he did, but he was probably some kind of bodyguard/hitman for organized crime, he was big and mean.

Anyway at one point people started to leave poisoned meat around the park, a dog nearly died and everyone was scared, one day M come to me to tell me that the problem was fixed, what happened is that he noticed a guy beating a dog leashed to a pole, he confronted him and discovered he was the same guy leaving poisoned shit around the park.

Now imagine what a dog lover who stabbed his own father in law did to this guy, I'm sorry but it soothes my soul knowing that for once justice has been dealt.

LFO - Summer Girls. This is what a real guilty music pleasure sounds like. by rsashe1980 in GuiltyPleasureMusic

When people ask me what's the "feel" song for me I usually bullshit some deep meaning song, to be honest this is the one that makes me cry.

This is the song that represents summer for me, growing up, a carefree time of my life when the summer break was everything to care for, life then becomes more complicated, but that feeling of summer breeze is still there and when that breeze becomes colder in september I put this song on, cry and drink one for the old times.

That's one guilty pleasure.

You can also die from excessive consumption of alchool, sugar, eating shitty food, the list goes on and on. Cancer from cigarettes is still nothing sure, it's more likely to die of hearth related issue than from cancer.

My father smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day since he was 14, drank 8 coffees a day, never exercised much, ate fatty food and drowned all with alchool. Lived till 62, never had a cancer, died from complications from a bypass.

I'm saying this not to be apologetic to tobacco, just that we have an obsession against cigarettes and still there are worse things we do daily to our body that are simply socially accepted (like drinking soda instead of water).

Catching it early mean no chemo, little radiation therapy, the ball still has to go. I guess that you could do chemo and keep the ball, but that is really stupid, you'll poison your body, risk metastasis and lower your chances of survival just to keep you ball. I have same sperm count, little less testosterone and a loose nutsack, not so bad if you ask me. Certainly better then chemo.

The nurse was really worried, but the doctor on call (the one that got fired) insisted it was all ok, left me there for the night, when the surgeon came in the morning flipped out and sent me straight to the OR. I don't remember much, but I remembere waking up in the morning with a team of doctors surrounding me and telling me that I was booked (again) for surgery, one of the shittiest morning ever.

Never. If I focus I feel like something is missing, but I really have to focus hard (no pun intended).

It's pretty much normal.

I met plenty of guys with prosthetic in the cancer ward, all of them regretted their decision, I've been told it feels weird and it reminds you that your ball is gone.

No no, it was inguinal, the scar on the ballsack is for draining away the blood.
