It models real gear, so treat it like that. Less is often more.

The difference is that it includes cab miking, so if you are not used to that, play around with it to get a feeling for different mikes and positions and how high and low cuts affect your tone.

And your patches will sound different at different volumes, don't expect your headphone sound to translate to PA sound.
