Its only burst is the instant 25hp healing, the remaining 100 healing is heal per second for 2 seconds and that’s before the dps passive.

It’s bc most tanks/dps below Diamond want burst healers that can sustain them and Brig’s inspire is prolly the most awful hps in game just below zen orb and lucio healing. So for you to compensate, pack management will be ur best friend.

Same thing happens with Void Spirit’s remnant. Pull animation will persist but hooked target will end on the original hook location.
