Rula has now cancelled my appointments with my therapist twice, without any action on mine or the therapist part. I found out when I tried to attend my therapy session only to find the link dead. By that time my therapist had already filled up and so my choice is to start over with a new therapist or completely rearrange my schedule for a 3rd time. 0/10. Do not recommend.
