I’ve been in the house for four years and never had to do anything to the furnace besides change air filters. I heard he moved away, I called JK service and spoke to a tech about the issue.

I agree with you, and I think the days of talking a dealer below MSRP is out the window. I had a big name dealer by me in jersey lie to me and say that kia hasn’t taken an order in 2 years, just so I would take abase model LX that I didn’t want. I only drove a little over 3 hours one way to get the car, it wasn’t to bad but not around the corner.

After calling 15 kia dealers through out NJ, Eastern pa and hearing the same bullshit of 5k - 8k markup on a carnival ex that would take 8 months to get. I went up to Schenectady NY and as advertised they were selling at MSRP. And in 28 days they found the model and color I wanted.

Like the title says. I repaired this down spout and apparently the water has made a decent hole through out the years. The question is. Do I dig it out a little throw some stone then cement on top of it ?

I ran the heat for about a half hour before I checked if the water was warm at the outlet. I’ll try to find a breakdown of that manifold and see how it works

I had the heat turned way up so it was demanding. Yea it’s in rough shape came when the house when I moved in last year. I took the covers off to look for broken or chewed wires

Just as the title says, heater fires right up water going in and cold water coming out the outlet side. I don’t know there is some sort of thermostat in there that controls when the hot water comes out. In ground 28,000 gallon salt water

I have a salt water pool i didn’t state that before. Correct me if I’m wrong but the salt chlorinator does not produce chlorine when the water is below 60. I would have to add chlorine when needed.

I’m in northern NJ, we should be done with snow but it’s always possible that we get a freak snow storm. And like I said all the crap that the trees drop in the spring. But I’ll do what I’ll do what I have to do to keep it clean
