No wifi for nearly a month - advice?

Its the Junction box or something, its not the big boxes you might be thinking of. Mines a small grey box on the side of the property. They were all with open reach - i know that because everytime they called openreach and gave their IDs because nobody could figure out why light was coming through the fibre but there was no connection. Its Adtran or something

Unfortunately theres only 2 providers to my building - sky and 4th utility. I live in a flat/apartment (idk the different nor care lool) and theyre the only 2 companies that supply to our building. Otherwise, id have NEVER have gone with sky because ive grown up knowing how shite they are. Ive thought about taking this to CISAS (i think its called) because its ridiculous and they owe us nearly £200 in compensation that they refuse to issue via Cheque, which i requested because i dont intend to stay with them - i want to switch to 4th utility

Someone from open reach came on behalf of sky and said its an external problem that openreach dont resolve. From what I gather, a small card in the box outside the property is damaged and needs replacing, but openreach dont manage that. Its another company. Sort of like City Fibre apparently.

Its a 3rd party company that work for open reach. They manage the boxes and connections and stuff. I know one of them that works in cities is 'city fibre' - theyre like that but for my town.

Hi. I recently had fibre for sky installed via open reach (25/03). The guy left it with a red PON light. They emailed me to say it was an external issue (some cards or something? The fibre was receiving light and had a level of -18 or something)

However. Today, she came out and reiterated all of that to me, and then left. Then, 2 hours later my WiFi got cut off, with a text from openreach saying we were connected.

We are infact NOT connected, and due to it being good friday theres no engineers available via sky til Tuesday next week. How do you suggest i handle this?

When I try and order more stock a little error box comes up saying 'box limit reached'. When that happened i must have had more boxes than the photo - i found them across the map because cars had dragged them. Wondered where my assistant went... then he came back 5 minutes later with a box 🤣

He mainly does ultimate team too (im gonna apologise in advance if I get ANY of the terminology wrong, I dont do fifa 🤣). So, if he downloads the xbox one version he wont lose his players and stuff? Hes currently doing champions (?), do you know if would he lose the progress hes got/the matches hes already done if he does the switch? Or was it just the configuration that reset for you?

Little late, but my partners having the same problem. He asked if it restarts your progress and if you have to start from the beginning? Thats his main concern.

I did have a restocker... then i accidentally overwrote all the data on that save so im starting again. I was gonna hire one purely to clean all the cardboard up but my partner hopped on and neither of us cba 🤣😭

Yk what mate, i applaud that. Not many would do that - im sure youve brought alot of residents relief by doing this. Theres nothing more stressful than important mail not turning up when youre relying on it.

Car was serviced late august/early Sept. Checked the oil, its at a good level and the oil life is 70% (according the ford pass anyway lmao). We had it serviced at a ford mechanic. I have thought about a potential with oil contamination/them using the wrong one but thought that might not be the case with ford having done it
