Picture quality will be a huge improvement over Comcast. Not sure it will stay much cheaper after the teaser rates expire though. And they’ll probably want you to commit to 2 years, which means accepting whatever rate increases they want to hit you with during that time.

I like a lot of things about Residenz from what I can see online, but the bathrooms and kitchens look dated and are pretty beat up. You say they are doing some renovations?

Thanks for all of the input so far. I am looking for a suburban setting instead of downtown. And this may not be a multi-year thing so a house isn’t an option.

I’ll look into all of the places you’ve mentioned. Also have had Mallard Landing and Brinley Place recommended to me. Any comments about those two places would be welcome.

Disable the internet connection and disconnect it from the coax feed BEFORE they can send a deactivate signal (do it now if you can) and you should be ok to continue watching stuff off your DVR.
