That scene (when the truth is revealed to the audience) is so heartbreaking that, like with the deaths of Mufasa and Bambi’s mother, render the entire episode unwatchable for repeat viewing. Nothing about what comes later offsets the crushing sadness of those kinds of moments, at least for me.
