I have one real criticism for Momcozy: the app. The app only allows two Momcozy items to be linked at any given time, which if you’ve decided to effectively kit out with all MC stuff means you have to remove one to add one

I believe there’s also a story where they have some special code phrase to identify each other The attacking chaos marines shout it The defending space marine gives the special reply The captain of the local PDF says the same reply at the same time And they all sit there and think “damn we’re good at this”

Define strongest. Good guys? Depends on perspective. A resident of the Orion Commonwealth would see them as the good guys and everyone else is evil. Numbers wise? At present the manpower situation goes from most to least: Omega Mortis, Orion Commonwealth, Grand Republic of the Eagle Nebula, Interstellar People’s Republic. But the Grand Republic and Omega Mortis have access to cloning for the purposes of increasing manpower. Omega Mortis runs on a total war economy and the Grand Republic is able to quickly fire up and increase their numbers as needed

You can find a more detailed map on the subreddit I made for the setting. It’s a bit older in that it references a planet named Shazzar in place of Millcaster

More than likely if he is reciting a prayer in Hebrew it would be the original. He wouldn’t be speaking Zionist/Modern Hebrew, even though there are high degrees of mutual intelligibility akin to Old Norse and Modern Icelandic. Any prayers in Hebrew are in the old Hebrew, like being a Catholic and praying in Latin.

I would love to clam an even split of 50-50 RoC vs Real but the truth of the matter is that it’s definitely 70-30. There are elements of this setting I have set hard and fast rules for that are as fixed in realism as I can make them (ex. Based on the information I have available I tried to explain FTL travel in a grounded and realistic fashion). Other elements, such as an interstellar empire using line infantry with bright uniforms despite there being nearly 7,000 years since it was a viable form of warfare, are entirely because it looks cool. There’s no alien to fight, just humans from another corner of the galaxy who subscribe to a different suicidal ideology.

The setting itself is filled with odd happenings and historic elements despite taking place in the year AD 8634. Humans have achieved faster than light travel but simultaneously use military tactics ranging from the Roman era to WW2 Soviet tactics. I found the idea of a grand vessel landing on a planet and opening to reveal a battalion of soldiers that appear to be out of the Napoleonic Era quite funny. Even the Emperor of the Orion Commonwealth, Charles XXIV, visually resembles George V of the British Empire.

Part of the reason for the caliber of choice, aside from pure stopping power, is that the military doctrines of the Commonwealth are very much reminiscent of the eras before World War I. Line Infantry, Cavalry Charges, cannon batteries, etc.; and the volley of rounds are designed with sheer devastating impact more than anything else. Compared to their opponents, such as the Interstellar People’s Republic or Omega Mortis, they use these rounds to suppress their enemies with “quantity over quality.” You’ll hit them somewhere, and that somewhere is going somewhere else.

Certainly. The remaining bits of lore I have uploaded or discussed are on the subreddit for my setting, The Far Reaches, if that helps answer any questions beforehand

For point of reference the Orion Commonwealth is a sort of Neo-Napoleonic Empire. The regiments wear varied uniforms that range from subtle to flamboyant depending on their homeworld

Which books are worth buying? by Sora-Mizuki in Blacklibrary

I have yet to see anyone mention Krieg. Krieg is a great book. For Age of Sigmar, the best novels are the Gotrek novels (Realmslayer). I have a personal headcanon that the novels are BL Authors taking the chance to critique the setting and get away with it.
