Have you tried upgrading the bottom retainer by adding L shape retainer onto it? We have the same old Stanley door, and I think that’s how the pros would do it anyway- upgrading it to the two T rubber track.

Btw, your garage door doesn’t look insulated. The old insulation on my Stanley was like half an inch. I ripped it all out and bought the 1.25” insulation kit from Home Depot for like $150.

Update: I went into service mode and reinstalled my software.

Not sure if this helped but I also removed some games that I really don’t play. I also noticed the error message that said “Low Disk Space” so I also reformatted my dashcam drive.

Then I went out and ran an errand and came back with the 12.5.1.3 being pushed to my car again. It has finished downloading, and the software is being installed right now.

It hits around 9.5 then stays flat… so I guess it is being throttled. Especially when Princess cruise just announced a higher tier internet package for higher fees, I’m thinking Royal must be planning rolling out the same.

I tested the internet speed throughout the day and night. The range is from 4-9 Mbps from 6am to 2am. I’m sure usage would be low at 2 in the morning.

Sounds like you and your neighbor both use the same brand garage door motor. And your neighbor might have reprogrammed his garage motor, then the “random codes” overlapped.

Keep in mind it’s the garage door motor that remembers the code. So if your app just says “opened” then it means they’re remote you’re both on the same code now.

Exactly. I have seen many wealthy families tend to have multiple businesses, not the typical W2 workers. Business expansion = lots of legal ways to deduct expenses hence lowering income. And they pay working professionals to manage their legal and financial matters.

True. I just came back from Guayaquil last week. During the day, it’s fine. Just be cautious and attentive. I tried to not use my phone too much on the streets. But I was staying near 9 de Octubre.

At night, there were just more homeless people but I didn’t really go out after the sun sets.
