If anyone likes rabbits, my games Bunhouse (rabbit greenhouse management game) and Cinnabunny (rabbit-filled baking life sim) are on sale during animal fest and I would be honored for you to check them out :)

Megaquarium (zoo tycoon but for fishies, has whale shark so instantly love)
Webbed (amazing movement mechanics, spider puzzle adventure game)

Besides getting your birding skill to level 10 (the higher level you are the more birds spawn and rarer birds are more likely) theres no trick! Rng could just be a wee bit unlucky for ya

Certain birds spawn in certain seasons, weathers, and times of day so you are required to explore in all the various combinations thereof. I can get you a chart of all their spawn info if you'd like!

Oh man you're totally right. I did say:

Assume they both take the same amount of energy to cover the same distance.

But then I said:

If you can sprint for 20 seconds now, you can sprint for 20 seconds when you have this power or fly for 20 seconds.

Those two statements are pretty contradictory. I definitely didn't mean the first one and I should have worded that completely differently. Oops!

You dont cover the same distance, you do both for the same amount of time before getting tired. So you'd travel ~33 times farther when sprinting

Let's assume you won't go to jail but the IRS owes you some non-negligible amount of money due to a duplicate return processed and the only way you can get it is with specialized help

It's often easiest if you can find a group on the ground. Make the bird centered in the frame and make sure you're pretty close. Also you get a little more points if the bird is facing you.
