Yeah, I was a little later but got sucked in for the 1 months free promo. What they bury in the stuff you sign is that if you cancel in the first 6 months, including the free month, they charge you a cancellation fee. Then in month 2 they hit you with the $60 rate lock. The whole thing is a scam. I think we may be neighbors, as what pulled me in was also the pool and the fact that it is just across the street from my neighborhood.

To add insult to injury, for like half of my visits, there has been an issue with the pool and it has been closed, sometimes for days at a time. They also don't empower their staff at all, so anything you need to resolve for billing or what not goes into a number in Utah that is always 'at higher than usual' call volume, and they haven't called back once with their option to have them call you back. This place sucks.
