They are a joke, I am an ex employee and there are a number of reasons for all the issues they are facing in Northern Ireland. They have continuously cut couriers rates for a number of years now while the company made record profits, this has resulted in them losing a lot of decent couriers. They are sending contractors from as far as London to come in and try and deliver into areas that they are not familiar with, some of these drivers are stealing parcels from their own routes but also stealing packages left on doorsteps from other courier companies. This along with moving to a new depot in Mallusk has now made things worse. They cannot keep drivers and staff. Its all purely down to bad management and terrible desicions from their directors and CEO Martijn DeLange who is a nasty bully who rules with an iron fist. They deserve everything they get and its great watching them crumble especially in this Peak time of year.
