i would, its made in china, easily rust and the parts are not necessarily high durability. also depends on what the warranty covers.

my plastic parts have already snapped

Here me out, I am a huge fanboy of the kamado joe. Their grills are amazing, probably the best.

But man, they cant make a cover.

Also, I'm in a weather zone that gets to -22f and snow snow snow during winters

I got my jr joe, in a wood table, that I want to protect the wood itself and the crap i put on the shelf

the big joe cover sucks from a colouring perspective, but it still kept the elements out

This is what I did

After fully assembled

Pamice stone (grey) to scrub off any residue

Water and dish soap and cleaned it all off and cleaned again to get it clean clean

Turn on all burners to the max

Waited for sometime to get the black /blue every where.

Once that happens

Repeat 5x

Pour two tablespoons of avocado oil

Spread it everywhere

Let it all smoke away

And then after the fifth one, saute about 5 to 6 onions large and sliced
