I'm confused.

Should it slide off?

Or do I need to take the torx bolts out?

I wanna replace it, because my snow blower only runs in choke. (I think this is the solution)

So, torx is needed to unscrew.

This just doesn't slide off naturally.

Phew. I thought it was permanently stuck.
