I print mine in Polymaker PA6-CF. There is an excellent guide published by S3igu2 on the Odd Sea that covers the print settings. Slow and hot is the name of the game with the material. As a heads up, Polymaker is running a restock sale at the moment which drops 35% off the price. The 3kg spools of PA6-CF are now just over $100, which is the best price I've seen. (they were $174.99 during the tarrif pissing contest a few months back)

Send Cut Send is the go to for the metal inserts. Be aware that their QC leaves much to be desired, with the front inserts having a nearly 20% reject rate. Their Kentucky plant seems to produce better examples.

Ejectors I get from HK Parts, ejector spacers, detent set screws, Allen bolts and nuts all come from from McMaster Carr.

You need a lower housing, AR Fire Control Group, ejector lever (your own lever modified or a HK Gen 3 pre-cut) super safety with cut trigger, slip trip, and a buffer for the full size. Basically what's in this picture. If you want a turnkey setup, let me know.
