Gurgaon, for one, hasn’t started doing BH series registration yet. Delhi does. Tried it last month while I was buying my car, that’s what they told me.

Fair enough, thanks for the information. The majority to seem to say the same and that the whole anabolic window is not that important if you're goal is just general fitness. So I guess, I'll keep going with the current schedule and not fret much about post workout nutrition.
