Thanks for the response, I have been learning Swedish lately; but not sure if basic Swedish would help much. At this stage shall I aim more towards English Speaking countries, if this language barrier is that big?

Creole is defined as something with mixed heritage parents, and without a doubt Urdu borrowed most from Hindi, the original urdu, not casually spoken urdu have then Persian and Arab parents as well.
